Jumps and Bumps
 Jumps & Bumps is a program designed to give young skiers (between the ages of 6 to 12 & 12+) an introduction to the skills of Freestyle Skiing in a safe and fun environment. Jumps & Bumps is a ten-step program that involves a passport book that the skier’s coach fills out as the athlete progresses through the skills. Upon the successful completion of levels 3, 5 and 7 the participants are awarded skills level pins. Once the skier has completed all the levels, they will be awarded their “wings” the official crest of the Canadian Freestyle Team. Skiers entering the program must be able to demonstrate snowplow turns on easy terrain and they must also be comfortable with riding a ski lift. Not only is the Jumps & Bumps program a fun way to ski and make friends, it also prepares young skiers with the basic skills needed to become future Olympic Champions.

Development
Development freestyle is geared for kids over the age of twelve that want to sharpen their freestyle skills whether it be freesking, moguls, halfpipe, terrain park or on the airsite. Our goal here is to teach the FUNdamentals and skills in a controlled environment with qualified coaching. Many of our athletes that go through Freestyle Development move into the highest level of our program, Competitive Freestyle.

Freestyle 2 day
2 day program designed to give kids extra time on snow before moving to competitive. This program includes fitness training, water ramping, trampoline and on-snow training.

Competitive Freestyle
This is the highest level of our program designed for all aspiring young skiers that want to take their skills to the top. With great coaching and a program that consists of trampoline, dryland and at least two days of on-snow training per week, you will be able to reach some of your highest goals.
October 1 st to April 1 st
with up to three off-snow training sessions per week
(dryland, trampoline, and gym).
On-snow training every Saturday and Sunday
from mid November to April 1 st.
